I have the full right to block you if you do not adhere to these terms.

Commission Terms:
I WILL NOT refund you if YOU back out of your commission.
If for any reason I cannot finish your commission, you will be refunded.
If you file a chargeback for a commission, you will NOT be refunded, nor will your commission be completed.ALL ART, REGARDLESS of how it was received retains its proper value. see my comms prices for value, if it is an unlisted type, ask me. This includes but is not limited to art obtained via: Trades, Gifts, Artfight, and Artfight minigames.
Trade clients: Fast turnaround time is prioritized over quality. You will always receive your work within 1 week (with the exception that i fall ill, etc.) WIP images will not be provided.
Paid clients: Quality is heavily prioritized to give you my absolute best work. Turnaround time may take up to several months due to this. i will always try to keep paid clients updated.
ALL COMMS (Trade and Paid) ARE CLOSED AND WILL NOT BE WORKED ON DURING THE MONTH OF JULY. Commission in late June at your own risk.Design/Adopt Terms:
Characters created by me may be sold/traded/gifted/etc. regardless of how you got them or how much they were bought for. This also includes characters received for free.
I do not monitor or track my sold designs in any way. You are completely welcome to private them.
Once a design is sold to you, i do not hold any legal right to tell you what to do with your own character. Do as you please, i do not care.
If you no longer want a character designed by me, i'd be happy to take them back and find them a new home or keep them myself. you may be provided with artwork as compensation.Other terms:
All characters owned by me are NEVER kept on Toyhouse.
A majority of my characters are FULLY PRIVATE. I will NOT answer questions regarding any character's whereabouts. That is my business and my business alone.
If you have an issue with this, DO NOT trade with me. I do not like feeling like im being stalked because i own things. I respect your privacy so i expect the same in return.
